Claire has an extensive hospitality industry background spanning close to 30 years. Claire has specialised in the development, implementation and general management of a variety of operational ‘projects’ from conception to completion, including business development, negotiation and partnering, transitioning and mobilisation services, ‘trouble shooting’, staff recruitment, training and retention, in sectors which have included Business and Industry, Defence, Aged Care & Senior Living, Education and Registered Clubs markets.
Claire began her career in hotel management with Trust House Forte Hotels (THF) in the UK, with a particular penchant for ‘food & beverage’ operations. Following this she transferred with THF to their licensed premises division, to undertake the role of 2IC and Personnel & Training Manager at their flagship operation in Central London.
A move to Australia in 1997 saw Claire engaged by a global leader in foodservice operations, undertaking multiple project management roles. In her consulting work, Claire has worked with a diverse range of businesses and clients and delivered successful and sustainable outcomes for many projects.
Claire has worked across many HMA coordinated tenders and is very experienced at tender evaluation and appraisal. Clients have included Sydney Theatre Company, Maritime Museum, Brisbane Town Hall, ... Claire currently works out of the office and is residing in the United Kingdom.
